upgrade_tool ubuntu1604 fail

Good day I try to update firmware using upgrade tool but can't
my u-boot is U-Boot 2014.10-RK3399-06-02280-g1466a27 (Feb 24 2017 - 16:13:37)
I press recovery key and make procedure, firmware loads but I've got error message.

Update I download firmware but have tons of errors on sudo apt-get update.
So this image not usable at now.

dpkg corruption.
so I installed version from 20170324 - and sudo apt-get update just works but no mali drivers in system and no 3D acceleration.

About 3D acceleration sorry I run gl version not es version, but with es2 version results is too low with comparing MIQI rk3288 board with 4.11 kernel on same mali r13 drivers.
for comparing terrain 13 fps versus 20 fps on MIQI
