Trouble flashing image to SD card

Hello,
I'm trying to flash the latest Ubuntu image I found here (Firefly-rk3288_Ubuntu_1604_2016_09031544_Beta.img) to my micro SD card. I'm using the tool SD_Firmware_Tool._v1.45 (also tried v1.43) , but the tool crashes on "writing MBR" step.

I've tried both on a Windows XP host computer and Windows 10 64-bit and always get this same error (see attached images). Can anyone give any advice?

Not every image can be SD boot, it only for pc to flash.

Have you tried version 1.46 ??? it could be a bug in this version
