Can't reach Sales or Support

Hi All, I can't seem to reach sales or support @ firefly. Does anyone know if they are currently open or closed?

Maybe Chinese new year? But I believe that is over.

I've also noticed a lot of spam in the forum like the moderators aren't watching any more.

they are back from the CNY. and answering questions. They do take some time to answer.
