Run Ubuntu on RK3308

RK3308 is an IoT processor based on ARM quad-core 64-bit Cortex-A35.

Besides supporting the Buildroot embedded system and ROS(Robot Operating System),

Firefly currently adapts Ubuntu to RK3308,

and adds QT control demo program and UVC demo program on Ubuntu ROM.
