【Hardware】 Serial debug port is down

I try to use serial debug on Windows using this link:
https://wiki.t-firefly.com/en/iC ... e-serial-on-windows
I use recommended adapter CP2104 and recommended driver.
But it wont work, i see only garbage symbols in my terminal session.
There is only 128000 bits per second speed in all versions of driver for CP2104, no 1500000 recommended by FireFly. Also i tryed old version of driver but speed still 128 kbits.
It looks like this version of CP2104 adapter doesn't support 1.5 mbits speed.

Can i work with my icore-3568jq without serial debug port ? I mean firmware change/build/write to SOM.

Can you help me with this problem ?

The software should be able to input a baud rate of 1500000 from the keyboard.
