Multiboot Menu

Hello I found this multiboot Menu described here https://en.t-firefly.com/solution/82.html
When I Start my board without sdcard(with Linux) i get Android booted.
When I insert sdcars(Linux) then Linux is booted.
How can i leave sdcard inserted and chhose on startup which system to boot like in the picture shown below?
