Issues with RK3288 display

Hi,
Recently i have purchased 46 inches android kiosks from OEM. it has RK3288 and android version is 4.4.4

   

The problem is screen is pixelatted .. if i open any website, all images are coming distorted / pixelated and its showing 1872x1080 resolution instead of 1920x1080.
Can you please help me with this issue.

i have similar problem when use 1A DC adapter, try to use 2A DC adapter.
if above method does not help, try to make sure current supply source to enough for the firefly 3288 board to drive such big tv.
